1. About the service

TradeThink ("we", "us") at tradethink.net is a web application that helps you record, import and analyze your own trades. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Not financial advice

TradeThink is a record-keeping and analytics tool only. Nothing in the app, including Smart analyze and any statistics, is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Trading involves risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Your account

You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Your data

You own the data you enter or import. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You can export or delete your data at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account at [support email].

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider [Paddle / Lemon Squeezy], who acts as the seller of record and handles taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, access other users' data, or resell access without permission.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but provide it "as is" without guarantees. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, trading losses, or data loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Keep your own backups (the app has an export feature).

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will notify you of important changes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
